As voice‑calls became just one of many channels—Teams, Outlook, chat, video—the company pivoted to unify them into a single, preparatory stream. We dug deep into the promise behind the tech, reshaping the narrative to “SLIM luisteren, STERK verbinden”: listen smart, connect strong. Their partnership with call365 supplied the integration layer that ties voice, chat and email together. We rebranded the logo that included an outdated phone icon with a logo that visualises continuous dialogue. Today Voclarion is building out their online presence on this through their promise of unifying communication to provide context‑rich conversations before the first “hello”.
